We had crepes today and I love them with strawberries, so the girls helped by cutting up all the strawberries so they were ready for dinner. After we ate, I realized that we had all these clippings leftover and I had to throw them in the trash. For the first time in at least 6 years I didn't have chickens to toss my leftover parts to and I was a little disturbed at throwing them in the trash. Interesting moment, but I guess we'll survive.
