Emily turns 12 years old today! She helped make the pancakes for breakfast and everyone enjoyed the ice cream that went along with them. Such a yummy way to start our day!

We did something different this time with the ice cream cake. We used ice cream sandwiches as the bottom and top layer, with strawberry in the middle and fudge sauce, too. Colored whipped cream was the frosting and it was delicious!
