In anticipation of the arrival of our newest member, Memere arrived today. We all drove to the airport to pick her up. She received quite the reception as she walked out the doorway.
Then we headed out for dinner at IHOP. We had a little wait as they put tables together to fit our party of 11.
Everyone found something fun to do on their menus as we waited for the food.
Fortunately, they were serving Monster Face Pancakes for FREE for 12 and under. What a deal for us! The kids enjoyed making them and then pouring syrup on them (usually strawberry for added effect). But when it came to eating them, a few fell short and couldn't finish the huge pancake.
