Snow blocks make a snow fort

We finally got some more snow. Ben decided to make his own blocks and make a fort. I thought it was great and he had a fun time doing it, even if it was a bit cold.

He also found a drift to dig a cave into. 

We just need some more snow

so we can have some more creations.

now she just needs to leave it in.

 It hasn't snowed much,

but it is certainly windy.

We like the way it looks,

but it's much better to stay inside!

Winter Piano Recital

We were going to do it with another group for Christmas, but that never happened. So we did it with just our family at the Smith's house! Tamara is just awesome! The kids did great and it was really fun. Then when they were all done, she gave them personal awards with different cookies. It was a nice little event - and I'm sure you are sad you missed it! Tamara had them draw numbers to set up the order so there was less complaining because it was totally random. Then went to the piano, introduced the piece(s) they would be playing and then performed. It was very nice.

7 fish all in one picture!

We are now up to 10 fish and it is way fun to watch them swim around. Now we just need to get a schedule of cleaning and up keep so they can be healthy and clean!

We went swimming again at the Y and had a great time!

Then we made a trip to Pet Smart for some more fish and stuff.

Kemiah added the palm trees on the far left.
