What have I done for someone today?
Have I done any good in the world today?
You will never regret a kind deed done to someone in need.

Plymoth Plantation - with new exhibits

We took a trip to Plymoth Plantation and enjoyed some familiar sites as well as some new exhibits.

The bread making was so fun, and tasty.

She even let us handle some of the dough.

Candle making smelled so sweet.

They use real bees wax, and we got to feel and smell it!

Spinning yarn was fun to watch as well.

A Native American was making authentic headdresses,
and telling stories.

Then we went down to the native area to see more.

We learned lots from this young Native American.

The older man was peeling bark off the tree.

Working on a new summer home.

We see this lady every time we come!

They were making soup in this summer cooking area.

Kevin had some help getting the stroller up the hill.

Everyone wanted to hold hands with Uncle Chris.

Silver dollar leaves - can't remember what they are really called.

Ink berries.

On to the pilgrim settlement.
Climbing the stairs in the fort.

He decided to wait downstairs for us.

The kids enjoyed climbing on the canons and looking down at the settlement.

Always enjoy this view.

It's so fun to go house to house and learn more about the pilgrims and how they lived.

They got a little bored and tired, so they drew in the dirt.
I bet pilgrim children did that too.

We found the cows.

We fed the cows!

We really enjoyed ourselves and it was a wonderful day!
