Not so bad, if I say so myself

Domonique has asked me several times the past week to cut her hair. Then Xiomara jumped in so I said, "Fine." Not sure why they thought they had to have their hair cut now. I guess Aunt Alise can fix it this summer anyway, but that is a long time to wait so we did it now. Today was the day!

Before...

It has gotten so long.

She's just so cute!

Before...

Her's is really long too!
I will miss it but it's just hair.

Goofy smile!

Pretty cute!
I'm sure they aren't the best, most professional haircuts, but that's because I'm not a professional. I think they are good enough that we can live with them until we see Aunt Alise. They love their shorter hair so that's all I need - happy and joyful children!

Welcome to Mexico!

Monique hung some fun decorations in honor of coming to Mexico. We enjoyed yummy breafast burritos - eggs, bacon, cheese, and sour cream, all in a flour tortilla.

Back at pool - just playing a little safer.

Had some tire troubles but got them taken care of!

Uncle Todd had some tickle bugs to share.

Aunt Alise brought her hair cutting stuff! She had a long list of people who wanted cuts and she did a great job. What a great service she provides and we all are very grateful to her sacrifice!

Random haircuts by a non-professional

My sister will need to fix these when we see her in June. I just couldn't take it any more and couldn't control myself. I just cut it off and would have done the oldest two girls except they wouldn't let me, and I was sort of busy with birthday stuff. Anyway, they did a fairly good job sitting still and I did a fairly good job cutting straight.

I forgot to take a before picture,
but I wanted to have an idea of how long it had been.
Good enough.

I wish I had taken more time to do it right but I really didn't have a whole lot of time. Oh well. It will grow and, like I said, my sister will fix it in June.
