Fun Times out at Deibel Lake

We love going to our friend's lake and have such a good time when we go. We had friends join us which made it oh so much more fun!

Dinner at Deibel's Lake with some friends

We were invited to go swimming at Deibel's Lake with our friends, the Deibels. We were the first to arrive and we were a little concerned about the weather. We had right to be and were not disappointed because it started to rain, and pour!

It was so loud on the tin roof of the pavilion (which brought back memories of island life) and Naomi slept through it.

Fortunately, the storm passed quickly and the sun came out and we had a great time!

Camdilyn is so brave with her float!

 I eventually put Naomi down on the cement and she was very unsure of the sand at first. She would lean over and put her hands down, then lean back up and wonder what was all over her hands.

 

I eventually put her in the sand and she was still unsure about this new texture.

She ended up with her thumb and sand in her mouth and didn't seem to care. Reminded me of Kemiah and her sand covered canips.
