We usually go to Plymouth when we visit but we went to a different historic place this time. We stopped by Coggeshall Farm. We arrived before they opened (after enjoying a very nice drive through Bristol) so we walked around and played a bit.
Running down the hill was fun.
We explored some old buildings - a water shed and some other storage shed, both in need of repair.
Harmonie enjoyed giving Camdilyn bunny ears.

OPEN! We are greeted by a very nice cat.
Everyone was happy to pet it.
Camdilyn was mad when we moved on.

Unfortunately, they aren't used to being chased, like our chickens.
They aren't used to being caught and carried by little people either.
What a bummer.

The girl dressed in olden day was ready and willing to teach the kids some things.
It was nice that she was so active and showed us lots of things.
We were the only people there for a while.

It was really warm in the sun so shade was very inviting.
We had a very nice time and the kids enjoyed seeing all the different buildings and actually being able to touch stuff and do things. It was neat.
